[ Helios looks...uncertain but he's going to manage a smile or two as they check out the sights. Subdued amazement that is his current expression as he walks with both Yunna and Saori. It's been an odd week, no thanks to the effects of the what would appear to be Valentine's Day. Helios will eye the hot coco warily before taking a small sip. It was delicious and unexpected but he had to get out this funk somehow, right? ]

Mm it's always nice when-when they have fireworks here. Technology and magic make a good pair when it comes to this sort of thing, who knew.

[She takes a seat and grabs a dango-stick for herself, taking a bite and nibbling along the side till one ball is finished. It's quite good, but as always it needs to be washed down with a nice drink.]

They really do. They've been good in the past, when they've done them. It's certainly not a bad thing, having a festival like this. They didn't really say much about the reasons, but if it's got fireworks I don't mind.

How is the food? Did I get enough of it?

I think it's great! [You better believe this woman has not stopped eating any of it yet.] And this hot chocolate is good too, I never thought to put anything spicy in it.

[She's sipping it in between bites.] We might run out though, I think I already ate half of it.

Right, I think...it's an Aztec thing. At least that's what the label said.

[She sips it and nods in satisfaction.]

It's really very, very good. And if we run out I'll just go get more. It wouldn't do for us to run out. Helios needs his sweets, after all.

[She gives her friend a sly look, and a little nod.]

Did I get enough for you, dear?

Yes it's, um, Aztec hot chocolate. Usually made with cornmeal, chili peppers and water and other things... [ he's rambling, isn't he? Yes he is. ]

Oh! Ah I-I'm fine for now. You don't have to go every time you know. [ He returns the look with an amused one of his own. ]

It's perfect Saori, thank you. And-and thank you for, um, bringing me along with you two. [ This would probably have been more romantic if he wasn't in the picture, probably, most definitely. ]

Thanks for coming with us! It wouldn't of been the same without you. The more the merrier. We'll make sure you have plenty of sweets to eat, when Saori wants a break I'll go get them instead, alright?

[She shoves another piece of food in her mouth, chewing delightfully on it.]

Yes, it wouldn't have been. We're here to cheer you up, after all. There's no point in us going out to this festival and leaving you to be all gloomy by yourself.

[She nips another dango off the stick and grins.]

And it's nice, just the three of us. Really, I wouldn't have it any other way, and I hope you'll have a good time.

Oh yes of course! I-I'm having a wonderful time with you two here. [ He'll take another dango for himself as well. He chews thoughtfully for a moment or two before smiling back at the two of them. ]

I'm...very glad to be here sharing tonight with the both of you. I-I can't really think of anywhere else to be right now, besides with good friends. And it'll definitely be easy to have a good time, so lets enjoy the festival as much as possible, hm?

[She smiles in agreement.]

I really want to try some of those games later, will you guys come with if I head over there after the fireworks?

Yes, well, I'm glad. It's really the least we could do after...well...everything.

[She's trying to avoid naming names here. That guy was shady anyway...]

And of course I will, darling. Maybe we can win something for the dearest man in our lives. One of those plush bears or something.

[ Dearest man in your life is now blushing rather profusely, okay. ] Ah w-well you-you don't have to do that. I mean you should have fun.

[ It's not all about winning but he won't say no to so good ol' fashioned competition. ] Maybe we can each win something for one another, hm?

[She waves a piece of dango at Helios playfully.]

Not if you play against us. Saori always wins.

No I don't.

[Saori sticks out her tongue for just a second before taking a bite of dango.]

But yes, we should do that after we finish eating. Maybe there'll be time before the fireworks start.

There's always a chance that could change. [ Helios gives the two of them a sly smirk of his own, before taking another few sips of his hot chocolate. ]

I'm sure it'll be awhile before the fireworks show. We can probably get in a few games before they start. I wonder what types they have here exactly.

I saw a few of them that you'd find at a carnival. I might give a shot at the basketball game or that game with the water guns. I know how to play those ones. Some of them look like they're from other worlds, and I don't have a clue on how to play them.

We can go now if you want, I don't mind!

Oh! Yes, that would be fun. I always liked the basketball games!

[But then it's easy to cheat at them too...]

And since it looks like all we have left is this delightful drink, I think we should go. And maybe get a little more.

Ah yes. Those are quite a hit back home aren't they? We should try them all, but I'm not sure if we'll get to that. I-I wonder if they have ones where you try to catch the goldfish in a net... [ not that house 44 needs anymore pets or anything. ]

Or maybe they'll have that one with the moles and the mallet.

[She finishes off her own glass. It sure was good, and warm...]

That would be fun too. You know... [Since this is reminding her of all the fun things they could go to...] Back at home, there's these fairs that have exhibitions too, and one was a pair of dueling pianists, and you could request songs and they'd play them together without any music in front of them. I wish this place had things like that when they have festivals, I miss them.

[But, she does get up from the table, ready to go get more spicy ~~sex drink~~ hot chocolate and to play games.]

[Saori polishes off her own drink as well and stands to follow, clearly needing more chocolate. She's starting to feel a little warm and tingly, and that's an improvement over the cold.]

I remember those! I say we go get some more of this stuff, and then we see what we can find. What do you think dear?

[She offers Helios an arm, a faint blush coloring her cheeks.]

[ Helios follows suit, feeling rather...warm among other things as well. He'll nod with an apparent smile on his face. ]

That-that sounds like a wonderful idea. [ He'll take Saori's arm with his own cheeks blushing as he gets up. ] There might be something like that here, we'll have to check. I'm sure the Malnosso wouldn't miss any detail especially when it comes to games and such. They s-seem to have an idea for it, really.

[ Perhaps too good an eye as far as details go sometimes. ]

[Yuuna swings around on Helios's other side, hooking her arm in his free one, walking along with them on their way to grab more hot chocolate. Saori can't have all the fun.]

Yeah, they are pretty good at that. This time I'll enjoy their games and entertainment. [She sounds determined, because at Malnosso World she didn't really get to enjoy a lot of the fun things there.] And I'll get a huge stuffed animal too. Maybe little ones for you two. [She's kidding, of course.]

Honestly, it's sort of a wonder they don't do things like this more often. They seem so very fond of watching us have fun.

[Definitely need more hot chocolate, and she's honestly hoping that this is going to keep Helios' mind off Max. After all, having two lovely women leading him around?]

And don't you even think about it. The biggest one goes to our man here, Yuuna-chan.

[ Normally any man would be delighted to have two beautiful woman walking on either side of them. Helios is not that man. He just gets flustered and awkward and he's trying his best to keep his emotions in check. It's very hard when both Yunna and Saori are rather...distracting right now. Another reason why his face goes red some more. ] O-Oh! No-no that's quite alright. The biggest gift here is-is ah, spending the night with you two. Really as long as we're having fun I don't really mind winning anything.

[ His smiles, clearly sincere, as he continues to walk with the two of them. ]

Okay, but what if the biggest one is something he doesn't like? [You know, talking about Helios like this right in front of him, like he's not here.]

[But then she does turn to him.] Shhh, we'll get you something good, you'll love it, don't be so modest.

Well, then of course we'll find him something he likes. And yes, Yuuna's right dearest, we'll win you something nice. And then you can reward us with something nice right back.

[She leans against Helios with a little smile, arms wrapping around his as she walks. Because clearly that's the answer.

And oh look! The basketball games are up ahead! She'll pick up the pace a bit until they're able to see the prizes.]
