[She's gotten to know the sights, know some of the people, and gone through her own experience of events that happen around this place...and now, she feels like it's time for a vacation.]

Why, hello Luceti! For those of you who don't know me, I'm Yuuna, Yuuna Sugasawa. I'm planning on a little trip with a friend, so I wanted to ask what you guys like to do when you go out camping or hiking? We've got a couple ideas, but I'm looking to see if anyone else had good suggestions. We'll be going out for a few days, and seeing the sights- oh, and if any of you have any advice while we're out, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

[Yuuna's going to be in and out of the clothing shop, getting boots and other hiking things she'll need, the grocery store picking up some food, stopping by the convenience store to get any other miscellaneous items, and finally back to House 44 where she'll be cooking, packing, and playing with Keiko, the shiba inu/pug mix who is as they say, a stately old maid.]

Appa is sweet, and he's fun to ride on. I was a little surprised at first...but he's like a spirit more than a regular animal. And I didn't know you'd met Aang.

[She clicks her tongue fondly]

Oh, Aang actually responded to my little broadcast I did on the journal. So I just met him.

It's still weird using these things to talk. We don't even have video phone calls like this except for Skype or something. I like it, it's pretty neat to have something portable like this.

I'm not surprised, he's just so very helpful. Aang's done a lot for me, while you were away. Helped me deal with some of the bad things about Luceti.

[Saori shakes her head in mild amusement. Technology was something she never could deal with...]

I think they're pretty nice too, and I can actually use them. The video function can actually show me as more than a white blob, so that's pretty nice. It's kind of funny, if you think about it. The barrier is supposed to be bad, but I think it's also suppressing the energy around me.

Well, I'll have to thank Aang personally one day for helping my honey. [He really did seem like a nice kid.]

Do you really think that's a good thing if it's suppressing your power? That makes me a little worried. [She'd prefer Saori be at her best just in case anything bad happened again :( ]

[The printer and book idea had been pretty ingenious, really.]

Well, no, it's not good. But it does give me chances to use computers and have photos taken without damaging them. You know...[She has to admit it now, even if it's silly.]

I've always envied that about you...you have the chance to use those things.

[She's not sure what to say at first, because really she feels kind of bad that Saori can't use those things.]

...That just means they need to make better computers and cameras then. But it might be good that you can't use the computer. The internet is a really awful place that sucks up all of your day if you're not careful. [Aint that the truth.]

I don't think so. It's just how it is, being what I am. There's no good way for people to really make things with science that something that lives outside science can really make use of.

[She doesn't deliberately emphasize the word, but it's there. It's a little strange, being surrounded by objects that she cannot touch because of how they work and because of the electricity inside her.]

I know. It was just a joke. [The plan to make Saori laugh failed miserably. Maybe next time.] I suppose it's nice that here you can use them though, so it's not like you've have to watch me have fun with all the gadgets around here. Maybe we'll stop by the item shop and pick up a few things that you can play with while you're still here. I'll teach you how to use them and everything.

I'd actually like that, dearest. Nobody's ever really had the patience to show me how to do things, not for a long time.

It's a shame, really, that our access is so limited unless we're willing to work for points.

Sure, we can get a Kindle or something, you can read books off of those, though I don't know how that works around here. Do they have internet? I never even bothered to check. Or is internet something you need to buy with points too?

I...don't know what a Kindle is. And no, I don't think we have access to the internet. Darling, there aren't even simple phones there.

Well, I figured since we have the journals there was no need for phones...and it's much more advanced than a phone, so... [It's really not a big deal, but she'd at least figure they had some twenty-first century electronics.] That's actually pretty funny, it's always complained about that everyone spends too much time on their computers, and here we are in a place that doesn't have the one thing that's the culprit of it.

It's sort of like living back in the seventies, well, except you're adding in the whole trapped inside of a bubble concept. I'm surprised there aren't any discotheques around here.

Honestly, it feels more like we're living in the nineteen thirties. There's no radio or television here, even though we have things like movies. It's a little odd, what the Malnosso do and don't let us have.

And you know, there used to be a disco here. Or a nightclub, really. But the owners left, and it closed down. Helios and I were thinking about turning the space into a restaurant.

Really? What kind of restaurant? Like a café or an actual sit down place? [With Helios, she can't imagine what kind of magic he'd incorporate into the place. That would be really cool, in her book.]

Ah...well, he wants to make a sort of ethnic cafe. I agreed to help out where I can, because it could be fun. Nothing too noisy, but open for breakfast and lunch rather than dinner.

I guess that might eliminate the idea of any live music, unless he wants to try to have that for lunch. Does he have a lot of people willing to help out besides you? It seems like running shops around here are kind of thankless and a lot of work.

Offhand, I'm not sure. I thought maybe you could help us. Since it's something to do when there isn't a crisis around here.

I wouldn't mind, if that's something that he really wants to get off the ground. Is he already working on it? [And she can't help but...] And is he trustworthy to do any interior decorating?

I think so. And actually, that was what I thought you could help with. You're better about that sort of thing than me. And if he had his way it'd just be filled with tables and bookshelves.

You know, the impression I got from him doesn't leave me surprised that he'd only fill it with books. That won't do at all. If he wants an ethnic café, it's got to look the part. [That sounded fun. She could handle that.]

I think he'll appreciate it, even if he does grumble a bit. But we don't need two libraries, you know?

Gosh, no. The library here is already big enough. I guess I should talk to him about it, huh?

Probably so. If nothing else, just having an extra hand will be a big help.

And you just have to be firm with him about the books. I've made him keep them confined to the living room and the second floor, but if I didn't, we'd be swimming in them.

Ha, alright, I'll make sure to put my foot down. I'll just tell him that he runs the risk of having children destroy his books if he decorates with only that. I'm sure that will scare him enough that he won't think to endanger his prized possessions.

Children? No, dear. Just tell him you'll turn Maggir and Luminaire loose in his library.
